Last Updated: March 12, 2026
Sma3et Hakeem AI is a medical consultation platform developed and operated by Sma3et Hakeem Foundation, a Syrian medical platform founded in 2017, officially licensed by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor (2023, renewed 2025) and accredited by the Syrian Ministry of Health. The foundation has collaborated with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Our platform connects patients with over 200 licensed doctors across various specialties. Patients initiate consultations through a Telegram bot, and doctors respond through the Sma3et Hakeem AI mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
Medical Disclaimer: Sma3et Hakeem AI provides general medical consultations and educational health content. It is not a substitute for in-person medical examination, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information and consultations provided through this platform should not be considered a final diagnosis or prescription without direct medical supervision. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider.

- Between consultation parties: Messages and files are shared between the patient and their assigned doctor as part of the consultation
- Telegram platform: Patient messages are transmitted through Telegram's infrastructure as part of the consultation workflow
